Commission
Basics
Not permitted to become anyone's full time artist.
Commission will be opening and closing depending on the artist schedule.
Clip Studio Paint is used for all work.
Payment
Payment is accepted in USD and is paid through PayPal.
Once agreement is settled, a down payment of 50% of the given price MUST be paid before service begins.
After commission is complete, the remaining payment MUST be paid before receiving final work.
Process
Based on the type of service, for example: Web Comic or Manga can take anywhere from 1- 3 months to complete. Other services may take 1- 7 days to finish.
When work is complete, you will receive low quality version of the image with water mark. After I receive full payment, the full-resolution image/s will be sent.
Revision
You get 1-3 rounds of changes depending on the commissioned piece before final inking.
A fee will be added if you want something changed on final drawing unless it's a misunderstanding on my side.
Copyright & Usage
1. Creator's Right
I reserve the right to cancel and refund order at any time for any reason.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to share commissioned artwork online.
2. Customer's Right
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may NOT alter commissioned artwork without artist consent.
You retain the rights to the commissioned work.
Cancelation & Return Policy
Once commission has begun, no refund.
If I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I have begun, you will receive refund, but transfer fee will be deducted.
Promotion
Basics
Promotion should contain enough information and should not be misleading.
Client should include date when promotion begins and end, whether it's for one week or two.
Payment
Payment is accepted in USD and is paid through PayPal.
After approval, full payment MUST be paid to begin promotion.
Cancelation & Return Policy
Once payment is made and service begins, no refund.
